- Salary: €110,000–€130,000 per annum plus bonus/commission plus company car

Main Duties
To develop and drive commercial growth in Germany by winning new business, expanding key accounts, and establishing a strong and sustainable market presence.
The Role
- Act as the primary commercial lead for the German market, with a strong focus on new business development
- Identify, approach, and convert new customers across multiple B2B segments and partner channels
- Manage complex, consultative sales cycles involving integrated solutions and services
- Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers
- Represent the company in the German market and strengthen brand visibility and credibility
- Support and coordinate a small local team, while remaining fully hands‑on in sales activity
- Work closely with international internal teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
- Track pipeline, KPIs, and market activity, providing clear and structured reporting
Candidate's Profile
- Proven experience in business development or commercial leadership within B2B technology or solution‑based environments
- Strong hunter mentality, with a track record of opening new markets or territories
- Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and comfortable working in less structured organisations
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and closing complex, high‑value deals
- Able to operate independently while contributing to the development of a small team
- Strong knowledge of the German retail and/or banking landscape
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel frequently across Germany
