Bilingual Customer Support Representative (German & English) Remote from Greece

• Up to EUR 300 support for candidates moving abroad

• Support customers via phone, email, and chat in German
• Deliver excellent service and resolve customer issues with efficiency

• German proficiency at C1/C2 level (spoken and written)
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Previous customer support experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong team spirit and positive attitude
• Must be based in Greece or willing to relocate
