Job Offer: Bus Driver in Germany
About the Company
We partner with the largest coach company in Germany to recruit drivers for urban bus lines. As a driver, you’ll be responsible for providing safe, comfortable, and punctual transport for passengers within the city.

Flexibility is key, as shifts include early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
Job Location
- Various cities across Germany, nationwide, not limited to Frankfurt or Cleebronn.
- Stable contracts within long‑term framework agreements with major transport companies.
Candidate Profile
- Citizenship: Must be a citizen of the European Union.
- Driving License: Category D, Tachograph, ideally with EU‑95 / Code 95 (can be obtained if not yet held).
- Language: Basic German skills are desirable (minimum A2‑B1).
- Offer an online German course from level A1 up to B2.
Working Conditions
- Type of service: Urban public transport.
- Shifts: Shift work including paid overtime, night shifts, and weekends. Either from 6:00 to 14:00 or from 14:00 to 22:00. It could change each week.
- Contract duration: Stable and long‑term.
- Start date: Immediate or according to candidate availability.
Salary and Benefits
- Gross monthly salary: Between 3,100 and 3,400.
- Estimated net salary: Between 2,600 and 3,000, depending on tax class and insurance.
- Bonuses: Possibility of additional payments (e.g., meal allowance or 13th salary), depending on employer.
- Housing:
- Average cost: 300 to 900/month (in case of relocating with family, housing support included).
Online German Course
- Cost: 200 per level (A1, A2, etc.), paid upfront by the candidate. After successfully completing the German course, you are guaranteed a job placement.
- Bonus: The entire course fee is reimbursed as a bonus once the candidate has started working in Germany.
- Duration: 8 weeks per level (3 sessions/week, 2 hours per session).
- Format: Small groups (max. 10 participants), taught by experienced instructors.
Housing and Family Life
- Housing arranged close to the workplace.
- Rental contracts and payments handled directly with the employer or partnering agencies.
- Possibility to relocate and live with your family.
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience (preferred).
- No recognition of driving license required for EU citizens (except Code 95).
Recruitment and Support Process
- Full support from recruitment to integration in Germany.
- Assistance throughout the process: language training, documentation, accommodation, and onboarding.
