Our trainee program prepares you specifically for a management position in the store within six months. You will start with a practical basic phase, in which you will get to know the work as a sales assistant intensively, and then go through training phases in the commercial and operations areas before gradually taking on responsibility in the management phase. You will be supported by workshops on key leadership topics such as communication, feedback, conflict and stress management, as well as systemic coaching sessions and regular feedback meetings. Together, we will find out which management position best suits your strengths.

• You already have some professional experience in retail and ideally a degree or vocational training in fashion and / or business administration
• You see leadership as a cornerstone of your daily work and are able to motivate a team with your empathetic nature
• You have a strong affinity for numbers and knowledge of relevant key figures
• With your excellent organizational skills and outstanding communication abilities, you can master any new challenge - allowing you to keep pace with our dynamic way of thinking!
• When it comes to trends and designs, no one can fool you - you live for the fashion world!
• You are open to new things, flexible and find it exciting to experience different locations intensively.
• You can communicate well in both German and English - our teams consist of international colleagues from all over the world!
