- Work directly with two experienced founders, gaining unparalleled insights into all facets of a rapidly growing fintech startup.
- Join a company already processing triple‑digit millions and onboarding over 500 businesses, backed by strategic investors including the ex‑CTO of SumUp.
- Take on significant responsibility with direct impact on company success, laying the groundwork for a strong strategy team with the option for company equity.
- Provide strategic support to the CEO, independently managing daily projects and contributing to key strategic initiatives.
- Drive business development by identifying new market opportunities, developing product ideas, and supporting the go‑to‑market strategy.
- Conduct thorough market and competitor analyses, prepare data‑driven decision bases, and actively participate in future fundraising rounds.
- Fluent in both German and English, with a relevant degree and potentially initial professional experience.
