As Vice President Operations, you will oversee the operational backbone of Healthtech Ventures — ensuring that every prescription, every shipment, and every patient interaction runs smoothly and efficiently. You will lead and scale our operations across pharmacy operations, medical operations, and pharmaceutical wholesale, supported by four direct reports, including the Customer Care Lead, who manages a team of five agents. This role reports directly to the Managing Director and offers the unique opportunity to shape operational excellence in a profitable, high‑growth digital health company.
