Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

Technical facility management:

  • Daily coordination and monitoring of technical operations in all logistics facilities
  • Ensuring the proper performance of maintenance, inspections and repairs on equipment, systems and infrastructure
  • Development, implementation and optimization of technical guidelines, standards and processes
  • Management and administration of the CAFM system; data maintenance, evaluation, reporting

Leadership & Organization:

  • Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Facility Management team
  • Planning and management of resources, task allocation and monitoring of service delivery
  • Development and implementation of training and further education measures for team development
  • Close coordination with the occupational health and safety team (OHS) to implement and comply with relevant safety requirements

Project management:

  • Participation in the planning and implementation of technical projects such as new buildings, convesions, relocations, renovations or modernizations
  • Responsibility for carrying out technical adjustments (building installations, furniture replacement, special projects)
  • Coordination of the ordering and availability of necessary components, materials and work equipment
  • Ensuring the quality of cooperation between one’s own departments and other employees/company departments in an international perspective
  • Meeting organization, designating common aims, execution of tasks, delivering outcomes
  • Ensuring proper communication in the international environment with respect for cultural differences
  • Active development of own professional competences and taking care of the development of employees' competences
  • Compliance with the law, Autodoc Code of Conduct, pursuit of excellence and related corporation laws
  • Ensuring confidentiality and data protection and attention to the company’s image
  • Performing other task delegated by supervisor under the employment contract
Qualifikation
  • At least 3 years of experience in Facility Management
  • Very good knowledge of Building Law, so as other current regulations on th technical operation of buildings
  • Ability to cope with stress and time pressure
  • Work organization and time management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency German & advanced English skills (knowledge of Polish, Russian will be a plus)
  • Experience in leading teams
  • Problem solving
  • Logical and analytical thinking
  • Driving license (Class B)
