Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join their team as a Project Manager & Pre-Sales Consultant at a Japanese IT company. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project execution while also supporting the sales team through technical consultation and solution proposals.

• Take overall accountability for project/program delivery and execution
• Develop, manage, and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate and oversee multiple local projects within a broader program
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Manage sub-contractors and external partners to ensure smooth project execution
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet client expectations
• Maintain project assets and documentation; continuously improve project frameworks
• Provide guidance and feedback to team members to enhance performance and quality
• Collaborate with Sales team to identify business opportunities and client needs
• Support proposal creation and contribute to deal-closing strategies
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to develop competitive service offerings

• Minimum 3 years of experience in program/project management with a proven track record of delivering complex projects (e.g., multinational ERP/CRM implementations)
• Strong knowledge of modern cloud-based system architecture, especially in data management and analytics
• Clear and confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Hands-on, proactive mindset with a strong commitment to project success
• Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented thinking
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experienced with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, MS Project, and Slack
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as IPMA, PRINCE2, or PMP
• Willingness to travel for business as needed
• Excellent communication skills in English

• Experience in the automotive dealership or manufacturing industries
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx, Google Meet)
