You'll make an impact by

• You develop concepts and use cases for the digital transformation of quality management across Smart Infrastructure, in order to improve the effectiveness and productivity of processes along the customer journey.
• You identify and lead implementation initiatives in data analytics, AI, and automation to enhance quality performance and customer experience.
• You identify data-driven use cases and drive the implementation of data products and data-driven applications.
• You challenge existing processes, data and KPIs and develop new solutions, such as advanced AI algorithms.
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Manufacturing, R&D, Procurement, etc.) on different levels of the organization to integrate digital, scalable solutions into QM processes.
• You are a thought leader and change agent for driving digital and data-driven quality excellence.

You excel in

• Education
  • The basis is your completed technical or scientific master's degree (e.g. business informatics, data science, business analytics) or a comparable qualification.
• Experience & Skills
  • You have a longterm experience in digital transformation, data management and data analytics with considerable experience in quality or related domains.
  • You have a profound experience in Quality Management or related areas (e.g. Customer Experience Management, Business Process Management, R&D, Operations)
  • You have excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into digital solutions.
  • You have a proven track record in leading digitalization, process improvement and data/AI projects from idea to implementation.
  • You can build bridges between quality, IT, R&D, production, purchasing, etc. as well as an understanding of governance structures and interface management in a corporate environment.
• Ways of working
  • You have exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
  • You track digital trends and the corresponding technologies and translate them into innovative business opportunities.
• Languages
  • You can express yourself fluently in English and German.
