• Develop business cases, forecasts, deviation and KPI analyses for the CEO and management board
• Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and efficiency improvements
• Prepare decision‑making documents and strategic recommendations for the CEO

• Support the design and execution of sales strategies
• Analyze customer segments, product performance, markets, and competitors
• Optimize sales processes and develop new go‑to‑market approaches
• Prepare Pricing strategy together with Chief Commercial Office

• Collaborate with product management and R&D on new product launches
• Conduct market and trend analyses to shape the product strategy
• Create business plans for new product ideas and features

• Lead strategic projects on behalf of the CEO
• Act as one key interface between internal departments (Finance, Sales, Brand, Product, Operations)
• Support preparations of management meetings, investor discussions, and presentations

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent
• Several years of experience in an analytical business function (e.g. Business Management, Corporate Development, Consulting, Private Equity, Sales/Product Management)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with a solid grasp of KPIs and financial modeling
• Proven track record in sales, business development, and/or product management
• Excellent conceptual and problem‑solving skills combined with hands‑on execution
• Strong communication and presentation abilities at management level
• High sense of ownership, strategic mindset, and ability to thrive in dynamic environments
• Fluent in English and German
