Mackenzie Stuart is partnering with a global speciality manufacturer specialising in the Food and and Beverage Ingredients sector. Looking to add talent in the EMEA market, this organisation is in need of a Industry Business Manager – Food & Beverage

The Industry Business Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the Food & Beverage B2B ingredient solutions business on global scale. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, strong technical knowledge, and exceptional commercial acumen. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic plans, influence key stakeholders, and drive business growth across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve company goals and objectives globally.
  • Commercial Management: Oversee commercial activities, including sales, marketing, and customer relationship management, with a focus on large global customers.
  • Industry Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, customer needs and competitive landscape worldwide.
  • Technical Understanding: Leverage technical knowledge to support product development, innovation, and customer solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry partners across different regions.
