Your seat to fill:

Strategic Steering & Analysis

• Develop business cases, forecasts, deviation and KPI analyses for the CEO and management board
• Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and efficiency improvements
• Prepare decision‑making documents and strategic recommendations for the CEO

Sales & Business Development

• Support the design and execution of sales strategies
• Analyze customer segments, product performance, markets, and competitors
• Optimize sales processes and develop new go‑to‑market approaches
• Prepare Pricing strategy together with Chief Commercial Office

Product Development & Innovation

• Collaborate with product management and R&D on new product launches
• Conduct market and trend analyses to shape the product strategy
• Create business plans for new product ideas and features

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Lead strategic projects on behalf of the CEO
• Act as one key interface between internal departments (Finance, Sales, Brand, Product, Operations)
• Support preparations of management meetings, investor discussions, and presentations
