Customer Service Representative for a global client

1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
2. Provide support with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
3. Ensure a top-tier customer experience through excellent service.
4. Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when needed.

• Language skills: German (C1/C2) & English (C1).
• Soft skills: Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Residence: Must already reside in Malta.
• Experience: Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.

• Competitive salary + performance-based incentives
• KPI Bonus: Up to €2,000/year, eligible after 6 months.
• Contract Type: Permanent.
• Working hours: Monday - Sunday, 08:00 - 19:00 (shift-based).
