Overview

We are currently looking for a Front Office Associate to join our Rosewood Munich team. Our Front Office Associate acts as a liaison between the guest and the hotel and assists with any guest enquiries such as reservations, special requests, as well as room preferences.

Responsibilities
  • Provide courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
  • Recognise the needs of guests and respond to them promptly.
  • Change room assignments in consultation with Guest Experience or Front Office Manager.
  • Ensure that Rosewood Munich standards, policies and procedures are followed at all times.
  • Check in and registration of all guests.
  • Provide a rooming and orientation tour of the hotel according to all Rosewood, Forbes and LQA standards.
  • Maintain and update guest profiles and inform all hotel departments of guest allergies, intolerances or preferences.
  • Assist and work closely with other departments such as Housekeeping, Concierge, In-Room Dining and Guest Services with their duties as required.
  • Deal professionally with "walked" or "overbooked" guests.
  • Document all complaints, problems or guest requests.
  • Accept wake-up call requests, recording and passing on information to relevant colleagues.
