Longevity Partners GmbH has built the world's largest longevity conference Life Summit.

In 2025 and 2026 we plan to scale the conference up significanly to 3-4x the current size and start to expand it into a platform that will allow people to learn, exchange ideas, share their knowledge and meet like-minded people. Our offer is aimed at longevity enthusiasts and those new to the field.

As an early stage company we're looking for people who hit the ground running and take on larger and larger responsibilities to scale the conference to become the undisputed global leader.

Tasks
  1. Help the team wherever help is needed, this can be with marketing, speaker organization, and various other fields.
  2. Support staff with ad-hoc tasks to ensure the conference runs smoothly.
  3. Answer general inquiries about the conference schedule, venues, and facilities.
  4. Assisting with data entry for registrations, speakers, sessions, etc
  5. Help us with whatever you're good at. If you're motivated, feel find a good fit for you.
Requirements
  1. Various backgrounds are helpful, limited to no prior experience needed
  2. You thrive in ambiguity, like to get your hands dirty, you are dedicted to get stuff done
  3. You speak English and/or German (C2 or native.)
  4. Enthusiastic, approachable, and possess excellent communication skills.
