What you will do
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (all genders)to support our internal-facing engineering teams, including Platform Engineering (DevOps) and Data Engineering. You will act as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that priorities are clear, requirements are understood, and projects are delivered successfully.
- Plan, coordinate and implement complex internal projects, from requirements gathering to deployment (e.g. cloud infrastructure migrations, CI/CD optimisations, pipeline implementations)
- Collaborate with engineering teams (platform, data, test automation) to refine requirements, prioritise tasks and track progress
- Maintain and communicate a technical roadmap for the coming quarter or half-year to ensure transparent coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Apply established best practices in project management to ensure structured documentation, clear communication and proactive risk management
- Identify and drive optimisation potential in processes and platforms in close collaboration with engineering teams
Your profile
- Proven experience in implementing technical projects in the field of technical product management, consulting or engineering (e.g. DevOps, platform engineering, data engineering), ideally with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional dependencies
- A background in technical or engineering fields is an advantage
In-depth technical knowledge of concepts such as APIs, web technologies and data engineering - Programming skills are not required, but a solid understanding of technical concepts is essential
- Familiarity with project management frameworks (e.g. Agile, Scrum, PMP) and a structured, analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent ability to coordinate and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers
- Very good English skills and good German skills, other languages are an advantage
