A leading company in the dairy industry is looking for a Tax Manager to oversee local tax obligations, manage financial reporting, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. This role involves close cooperation with the Financial Shared Service Center and requires strong coordination skills in tax and accounting processes.

Aufgaben

• Oversee local tax obligations and manage quarterly tax activities.
• Calculate current and deferred taxes, prepare corporate income tax returns.
• Support financial reporting processes per IFRS and local GAAP.

Jobbeschreibung

• Oversee local tax obligations and manage quarterly tax activities supported by the Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC)
• Calculation of current and deferred tax as well as preparation of local corporate income tax returns supported by external service provider
• Support the quarterly and annual financial reporting processes in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP standards
• Close cooperation with the Financial Shared Service Center (FSSC) regarding the processes related to Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP) und Record-to-Report (RtR)
• Coordination of the internal control framework (ICF) and execu-tion of local accounting and tax controls
• Contact point for external auditors and service providers to sup-port the day-to-day operations in Germany (tax and accounting firms)
• Oversee the correct booking of transactions and documentation of transfer pricing activities
• Project support related to accounting and tax processes
