As part of the global operations team, this role is key to ensuring rate integrity, visibility, and connectivity across all WorldHotels channels, while providing first-level support and consultancy to our Hotels worldwide.

The main functions of the position
Rate Management
  • Global rate loading and mapping of branded campaigns.
  • Conducting audits to ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • Supporting hotels and teams in new rate set-ups.
Distribution & Partner Relations
  • Support with CRS, GDS, and interface inquiries.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partners (e.g. STR, Lighthouse, TravelClick).
  • Share best practices across hotels and internal teams.
Rate Parity & Integrity
  • Monitor parity across channels using various tools (e.g. Lighthouse, TravelClick).
  • Partner with revenue managers to ensure alignment.
GDS Management
  • Maintain connectivity with major GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport).
  • Optimize SynXis usage and visibility.
  • Conduct onboarding and visibility audits.
Projects & Continuous Improvement
  • Drive process improvements and new procedures.
  • Support knowledge sharing and training sessions.
Qualifications
  • …3–5 years of experience in hotel distribution, revenue management, or CRS/GDS operations.
  • …strong understanding of SynXis CRS and major GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan).
  • …detail-orientation with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • …proficiency in Excel.
  • …experience with rate parity tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills
  • Project management experience in rate or content distribution.
  • Familiarity with hotel systems integrations and API connectivity.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with revenue, sales, and IT teams.
