Your everyday life as a Senior Consultant

You will further develop your skills with the following responsibilities and tasks:

• You lead teams in (sub)projects and facilitate an active exchange of experiences to support challenges and by delegating task packages to team colleagues
• You coordinate and moderate interdepartmental exchange and information formats (workshops, meetings) for our clients
• You generate and implement solution approaches for clients in the top-tier segment as well as in agile organizations and emerging businesses
• You perform effective data collection, from defining data structure, interpretation and visualization to communicating and deriving conclusions
• In addition to customer projects, you work on internal topics and support in the area of business development

Requirements for a perfect fit

• Studies: Completed degree, as we believe studies support critical thinking skills
• Growth-Mindset: Curious and motivated to grow day by day, and willing to go the extra mile during intense project phases
• Work experience: 2-3 years (or 3-4 years with Bachelor degree) of professional experience in full-time strategy or management consulting
• Interest & Tech Affinity: Curious about the automotive industry, passionate about the energy sector or the public sector, and driven by IT transformation topics and challenges
• Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and English (at least C1)
• Willingness to travel: 1-3 days/week in the DACH region
• Skills: Strong presentation and moderation skills, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and in-depth knowledge of project management
