The Role & The Team

As a Senior Business Partner - People & Organization (P&O) you will be working with a diverse team. You will operate within a broader collaborative business engagement team collectively responsible for delivering high-quality people products and strategic P&O consultancy across the organization.

• Understand the overall business strategy and deliver a corresponding people strategy to support organizational development as part of a highly engaged P&O team.
• Consult on organizational design topics and supporting leaders in owning and driving change.
• Provide expertise on performance management, compensation and benefits, and career development and autonomously consult, inspire and enable business leaders on a diverse range of people topics.
• Manage P&O projects working cross-functionally to leverage resources and best practices to foster a business culture that champions our values and continues to improve the level of diversity and inclusion.
• Actively work with people KPIs and our employee survey as a steering tool to maintain and strengthen the health of our business units by providing insights and translating them into actionable measures.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to recruit leaders to continuously raise the bar in leadership capability and diversity.
• Partner with people teams across HR to provide frameworks for enabling leaders on key people topics.

WED LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in HR business partnering ideally in an international large fast-paced and dynamic organization.
• Strong knowledge of local individual and collective labor laws.
• Strong capabilities in the fields of organizational development, process improvement, talent management, talent recruitment, stakeholder management and solutions development.
• Ability to deliver results with little supervision in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment.
• Proven and effective consulting skills with an ability to influence in all directions.
• Strong business and HR acumen including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking and a willingness to be vocally self-critical.
• Analytical thinking skills and proficiency in using data to drive insights.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English are essential to perform the role with a commitment to developing and earning the trust of others.
