- Understanding, embracing, and executing our well-structured sales process.
- Supporting and guiding the Italian sales team members to reach and surpass mutual goals.
- Conducting data-driven sales controlling, including weekly sales management meetings.
- Managing your own sales funnel and your team's sales funnel.
- Identifying customer growth potential and developing accounts into key accounts with recurring business opportunities and excellent account management.
- Embracing the features of our CRM system and providing input for its improvement.
Your profile
- Bachelor and/or Master degree.
- At least 7 years of work experience in B2B sales.
- At least 3 years of experience leading a B2B sales team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A proven track record of helping salespeople grow and develop.
- Analytical and data-driven management skills.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Enthusiasm for sales and the circular economy/circular IT.
- Fluent Italian skills and good English skills for internal communication.
