Your mission
  • Understanding, embracing, and executing our well-structured sales process.
  • Supporting and guiding the Italian sales team members to reach and surpass mutual goals.
  • Conducting data-driven sales controlling, including weekly sales management meetings.
  • Managing your own sales funnel and your team's sales funnel.
  • Identifying customer growth potential and developing accounts into key accounts with recurring business opportunities and excellent account management.
  • Embracing the features of our CRM system and providing input for its improvement.

Your profile
  • Bachelor and/or Master degree.
  • At least 7 years of work experience in B2B sales.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading a B2B sales team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A proven track record of helping salespeople grow and develop.
  • Analytical and data-driven management skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Enthusiasm for sales and the circular economy/circular IT.
  • Fluent Italian skills and good English skills for internal communication.
