Responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Proactively address any delivery challenges and contribute to process improvements.
• Participate in daily team meetings to share updates and enhance performance and customer satisfaction.

Who you are:

• Completed "kaufmännische Berufsausbildung" or equivalent.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Experience with ERP systems like Oracle and CRM systems like Salesforce.com is advantageous.
• First years of experience in order management demonstrate your capability to thrive in this role.
