Your Skills

• 5–8+ years of experience with DeltaV Distributed Control System (DCS) in GMP-regulated environments
• Knowledge of DeltaV–Syncade MES integration
• Hands-on experience with the DeltaV DVI module (design & troubleshooting)
• Strong understanding of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
• Experience in designing, configuring, and testing automation solutions
• Familiarity with recipe design standards (project, site, or corporate library standards)
• Knowledge of validation and quality assurance processes
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in cross-functional projects
• Experience participating in technical workshops and design reviews

Your Tasks

• Design, configure, and test DeltaV recipes for pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
• Ensure recipe design meets project requirements, GMP compliance, and applicable standards
• Support DeltaV–Syncade MES integration by ensuring structure and workflow compatibility
• Use the DeltaV DVI module for design and troubleshooting activities
• Collaborate with process engineers, MES specialists, validation, and QA teams
• Participate in design reviews, testing activities, and technical workshops
• Provide documentation and technical input for validation and quality processes
