Qualifikationen

We are hiring for a Marketing & Sales Manager eMobility (f / m / d) to work in our Sales & Operations team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across brand product and lead generation
  • Create compelling content for digital channels campaigns and product communication
  • Manage and grow our social media presence with a focus on engagement and reach
  • Support the organization of events trade fairs and partner activities
  • Maintain and further develop our website (WordPress)
  • Support sales activities including customer outreach and lead nurturing
  • Lead the development of sales materials presentations and product positioning
  • Manage and evolve the Evailable brand identity across all touchpoints ensuring consistency and relevance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product operations design) to align messaging and campaigns
  • Monitor marketing KPIs and continuously optimize activities based on data
Qualifications
  • Fluent in German and English
  • 3 years of experience in marketing ideally in a B2B tech or eMobility environment
  • Proven skills in content creation and product marketing
  • Experience with social media management and branding
  • Basic design skills (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Basic knowledge in Salesforce
  • Familiarity with WordPress and web content management
  • Hands-on mentality and a proactive structured working style: proactive team player with startup mindset someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment embraces change and takes ownership from day one
