Overview

Marketing Manager (m/f/d) – full time, permanent, starting immediately. Location: Hartmannsdorf. Website: acconnic.

Responsibilities
  • Shape our digital footprint by developing and executing our marketing strategy
  • Create impact through original press releases, thought leadership pieces, and feature articles in global tech and telecom publications
  • Run powerful campaigns on our website, LinkedIn, email marketing platforms, and other channels to generate qualified leads and build brand awareness
  • Support internal culture by managing and evolving our internal communication channels
  • Drive growth by aligning marketing activities with sales and product teams, ensuring measurable results and continuous improvement
Qualifications
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a comparable field
  • 3+ years of professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the tech or telecom sector
  • Hands-on experience with CMS (e.g., WordPress), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing tools
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) is a plus
  • Native-level German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Independent, structured, and proactive working style
  • Strong creativity, communication skills, and analytical thinking
