Whether segmentation, event handling or the configuration of campaign routes - you will be introduced to the topics step by step and quickly take on your own tasks in our projects.

In concrete terms, this means:

• Support with the technical implementation of CRM and marketing automation solutions
• Collaboration in the setup of campaigns, trigger routes, segments and templates
• Configuration of use cases in tools such as Braze, HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Close collaboration with experienced consultants, architects and project managers
• Testing, quality assurance and documentation of setups and processes
• Participation in customer workshops and coordination - later with own responsibility if necessary

• Completed studies (e.g. business informatics, marketing, media, communication) or comparable training
• Possibly initial experience in CRM, MarTech or digital marketing - ideally in working with tools such as HubSpot, Braze, Salesforce or comparable systems
• A technical understanding and enjoyment of systemic logic and configurationA high level of quality awareness, willingness to learn and initiative
• An interest in modern customer processes and data-driven marketing
• Team spirit and enjoy developing your skills with experienced colleagues
