About the job :

We are looking for an IT Back Office Transformation Project Manager to lead a large-scale transformation journey, implementing best-in-class solutions across Manufacturing to Inventory, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

You will be responsible for orchestrating the transition from legacy systems to a new suite of solutions including SAP S/4HANA, PLM, Collaboration Applications, and Quality Assurance systems, ensuring seamless adoption across all business units.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing solutions, processes, and data across production, quality, engineering, supply chain, R&D, product, and sales departments.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan covering SAP S/4HANA, PLM, collaborative tools, and QA solutions.

  • Assemble and lead a cross-functional project committee.

  • Work collaboratively with consultants, IT, and technical teams.

  • Oversee seamless implementation, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality benchmarks, and best practices.

  • Coordinate system integrations with IT teams.

  • Manage change management strategies to drive acceptance and adoption of new systems.

  • Prepare and deliver clear project status reports and KPIs to senior management and stakeholders.

What we are looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 7+ years leading complex transformation projects.

  • Strong expertise with ERP systems (SAP) and familiarity with PLM and QA solutions.

  • Background in manufacturing processes, procurement, quality management, engineering, supply chain, R&D, product development, and sales operations.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills in German and English (written and verbal).

  • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a results-oriented mindset.
