We are currently supporting a global healthcare innovator in identifying a highly experienced and strategic Head of Manufacturing (m / w / d) to oversee a key drug substance production unit in Munich. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage drug substance manufacturing operations, ensuring quality, delivery, and cost targets are met
• Drive Lean transformation and implement best practices across production processes
• Oversee technical transfers and support the launch of new products in compliance with regulatory standards
• Maintain inspection readiness and ensure adherence to cGMP and global quality frameworks
• Foster a high-performance culture and lead cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to align on strategic goals and operational priorities

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of leadership experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing
• Proven expertise in cGMP compliance, regulatory engagement, and Lean methodologies
