Within the Global Client Care ecosystem, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our Client Care Services within the following regions: EMEA, Asia and Brazil. As Global Client Care Coordinator (m/f/d), you will be responsible for a variety of administrative, operational, and support tasks, ensuring data accuracy, process adherence, product launches. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and possesses strong problem-solving and communication skills.
This is a full-time position, based in our headquarters in Cologne (DE) and reporting to our Client Care Operation Manager.
