Qualifikationen

Join the customer support team of one of the world's largest commercial vehicle manufacturers.

What you will do
  1. Handle truck and bus-related inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat, ensuring case closure.
  2. Support customers during truck breakdowns (flat tire, engine failure, etc.) by creating appropriate cases in the CRM system, verifying customer details, vehicle information, location, and GOP coverage.
  3. If issues cannot be resolved over the phone, contact the nearest dealer, technician, or third-party service for assistance.
  4. De-escalate concerns and propose solutions within set parameters or refer to second/third parties as needed.
  5. Answer questions regarding customer service, technical and product concerns, and corporate matters.
  6. Aim to retain clients and foster loyalty by providing positive responses to customer inquiries.
  7. Respond to incoming calls and emails related to products, sales, service, corporate information, appointments, etc.
  8. Maintain a customer relationship database and follow up on customer contacts.
What you will bring
  1. Excellent command of German.
  2. Good communication skills in English.
  3. A high school diploma or equivalent.
  4. Basic awareness of automotive roadside assistance procedures.
  5. Experience with knowledge management systems and information research.
  6. Professional expertise with ticketing and roadside assistance is preferred.
  7. Previous experience working in a contact center or managing emails is preferred.
