Un cabinet de recrutement recherche un Fund Controller pour un groupe international prestigieux basé à Luxembourg. Dans un environnement dynamique et stable, vous serez chargé de surveiller les performances financières et d'assurer des rapports précis. Il est nécessaire d'avoir 2 à 5 ans d'expérience, de parler couramment le français et l'anglais, et d'avoir une excellente compréhension des normes comptables. Ce poste offre une exposition directe à la haute direction.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Fund Controller, Financial Controller, ou Auditeur.
• Excellente compréhension des normes Lux GAAP et/ou IFRS.
• Connaissance des structures de Private Equity ou Corporate Finance est un atout.
• Mentalité rigoureuse, orientée détail et proactive.

Aufgaben

• Surveiller et optimiser les flux de trésorerie entre les entités.
• Assurer des rapports financiers précis et conformes aux normes.
• Participer à la préparation du budget et des prévisions.
• Soutenir les équipes de direction avec des analyses financières.
• Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus internes.

POSTE

We are currently looking for a Fund Controller on behalf of one of our clients — a prestigious international corporate group headquartered in Luxembourg. The company manages a diversified portfolio of investments across Europe and beyond, combining strategic long-term vision with rigorous financial discipline.

As part of a professional and collaborative finance team, you will play a key role in monitoring financial performance, overseeing investment structures, and ensuring accurate reporting across several entities and asset classes. This position provides direct exposure to top management and investment decision-makers, within a stable yet dynamic corporate environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize cash flows across entities and investment vehicles.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Participate in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support management and investment teams with financial insights and decision-making tools.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and reporting systems.

PROFIL

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as a Fund Controller, Financial Controller, or Auditor (Big 4 experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of Lux GAAP and / or IFRS; knowledge of Private Equity or Corporate Finance structures is a strong asset.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is required.
• Rigorous, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.
