Tasks
- Support the steering of global IT expenditures in key controlling processes of Allianz Group (planning, reporting, forecasting)
- Support in the analysis and reporting of the Group IT Project Portfolio
- Drive regular communication with key stakeholders at Allianz Operating Entities and Allianz SE
- Support the development of initiatives, frameworks, tools, and methodologies related to IT cost steering
- Work on management presentations and prepare IT Steering Boards
- Support the development of our reporting tool Wave and take up own tasks in data interchange and data analysis
- Conduct data sanity checks and support developments in our reporting tools
- Prepare, execute and wrap-up workshops and team meetings
Profile
- Bachelor\'s degree in a business administration or IT related program
- First work experiences in prior work or internships
- Strong MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint
- Experiences with other business tools such as Microsoft Teams, PowerBi and OneNote
- Very good English skills (at least C1) and German skills of at least B1, additional language skills are a plus
