Tasks:

  • Define and lead the global communication strategy for one of the division (>€100M revenue)
  • Drive brand awareness and implement digital lead & demand generation initiatives
  • Oversee multi-channel campaign management, including events, media, advertising, and email marketing
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all regions and platforms
  • Align all communication activities with overarching corporate goals and priorities
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance using KPIs and ROI-driven metrics
  • Lead, coach, and grow a cross-regional team, including recruitment of new talent

Profile:

  • Combines empathy and natural authority with clear communication, structured thinking, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a technical field with relevant marketing experience
  • Extensive B2B marketing and communications expertise, ideally in industrial technology or automation
  • Proven track record in strategic communication, brand positioning, and content marketing for technical audiences
  • Strong knowledge of digital lead generation, customer journeys, and marketing automation tools (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Skilled at translating complex technical topics into clear, compelling messaging
  • Experienced in leading international teams, managing budgets, and aligning with key stakeholders across functions
