To support our growth in Germany, we are looking for experienced and dynamic Delivery Station Managers to join our teams in Hamburg, Frankfurt, and Berlin

Your Responsibilities

As Delivery Station Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of one of our last-mile delivery stations:

• Leadership & People Management
• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of supervisors, team leads, and delivery associates
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance
• Ensure staffing, training, and shift planning according to operational needs
• Operational Excellence
• Oversee daily delivery operations including inbound, outbound, sorting, and last-mile activities
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity, on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency
• Implement SOPs, best practices, and continuous improvement measures
• Health, Safety & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with German labor laws, JD standards, and safety regulations
• Promote a culture of safety and operational discipline
• Stakeholder Management
• Work closely with regional and central teams to align operational strategies
• Coordinate with transportation, warehouse, and customer service departments
• Performance & Reporting
• Drive operational KPIs and prepare performance reports
• Analyze data, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions

Your Profile

• Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in logistics, last-mile, or delivery operations, ideally with leadership responsibility
• Proven track record in managing teams (supervisors, leads, delivery associates)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a dynamic environment
• Hands-on mentality with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Languages: German fluent, English business fluent
• High resilience, flexibility, and willingness to work on-site
