Job Description- Responsible for Compliance policies and procedures, creation and updates
- Ensuring compliance with MaRisk/MaComp and equivalent regulatory requirements for Investment Firms in Europe
- Conducting process improvements and deep dives to meet growing regulatory expectations
- Project lead for Compliance to support the further expansion of Investment and Crypto products and services on EU Level
- Establish controls and oversight of outsourcing arrangements
- Review and submit reports for suspicious transactions to the regulators and authorities
- Maintain a legal watch, drive implementation of projects and initiatives
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Support the Compliance Risk Assessments and Compliance Monitoring activities
- Board reporting and MI
- Responsible for correspondence with regulators
- Have oversight about client complaints incl. related procedure and reporting
- Report regularly on money laundering and compliance matters to the Head of Risk & Compliance respectively Board, Group where relevant
- Act as and fulfil the duties of the money laundering reporting officer and as the central function, including responsibility for the design of AML/CFT and Fraud prevention policies and procedures and reporting to authorities
