This job opportunity is open to CURRENT, PERMANENT USACE EMPLOYEES ONLY. It is announced through the USACE Voluntary Internal Opportunities Program (VIOP). Current, permanent USACE employees with noncompetitive eligibility to be placed in this position are eligible to apply.
