• Use advanced analytics techniques to collect, interpret, and present data to stakeholders for informed decision-making.

• Design, implement, and maintain business intelligence (BI) dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to understand business objectives and deliver data-driven insights.

• Support the development of business strategies through detailed analysis and reporting.

• Monitor and evaluate business performance, providing regular updates to management on trends, opportunities, and challenges.

• Identify and suggest opportunities for automation and process improvements using data-driven methods.

• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across various systems and platforms.

• Bachelors degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python, etc.).

• Proven experience in data-driven business analysis or a similar analytical role.

• Solid understanding of business processes, performance metrics, and KPIs.

• Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear, actionable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Experience in working with large data sets and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a business analysis or data analysis role, preferably in a telecommunications or technology-driven company.

• Experience working in a remote setting, with the ability to self-manage and stay organized.

• Familiarity with business intelligence software and reporting tools.

• Prior experience in creating data-driven strategies and solutions that contribute to business growth.

• This is a full-time, remote position with flexible working hours.

• Occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on project deadlines and business needs.

• Work hours should align with Bell Canadas core business hours (9 AM to 5 PM EST), but some flexibility is offered.

• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of data analysis tools and business intelligence software (SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
