Job Title: Behavioral Health Consultant
Location: Beaumont, CA (Hybrid: In-office + Remote)

Salary:
Psychologist: $110,000 – $160,000/year
LCSW, LPCC, LMFT: $95,000 – $130,000/year
(Based on licensure and experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday (No weekends!)
Join a compassionate, mission-driven team as a Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) in Escondido, CA. This hybrid role offers flexibility, purpose, and the chance to make a true impact by delivering brief, targeted behavioral health care in an integrated primary care setting.
Provide short-term, solution-focused psychotherapy
Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
Address behavioral, emotional, and social factors impacting health
Support patients with chronic conditions, co-occurring disorders, and lifestyle change goals
Collaborate with medical providers and participate in warm hand-offs
Offer crisis intervention, psychoeducation, and culturally responsive care
Licensed in California as a:
Psychologist (PhD or PsyD), or
LCSW, LPCC, LMFT (Master’s degree in social work, counseling)
2+ years of experience with psychotherapy (including child/adolescent care)
Health-related therapy experience preferred
Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
