A leading technology services firm is seeking a Field Service Technician for Canadian Forces Base North Bay to provide technical support for the Mission Voice Platform systems, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience and a BA/BS degree or equivalent, with strong troubleshooting and communication skills. This role may require shift work and weekend hours in support of operational tasks.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years’ experience in a relevant field.
  • Must be eligible for Canadian Secret/US RELCAN.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity policies and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise and support for Mission Voice Platform systems.
  • Coordinate with ISSO for cybersecurity compliance.
  • Maintain accurate service logs and track trouble tickets.
