Position Details
  • Day Shift: Monday to Thursday (10-hour shifts), 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
  • Weekend Shift: Friday to Sunday (12-hour shifts), 5:15 AM to 5:45 PM.
Pay Range

Pay Range : $28 - $34 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily tasks of shop helpers and provide direction.
  • Ensure all cleaning, grinding, and packing tasks are completed on time.
  • Train new helpers and monitor safety compliance.
  • Coordinate material movement and job preparation.
  • Report progress and issues to supervisors or shop manager.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
  • Take initiative to support workflow and assign tasks as needed.
  • Perform other duties to support shop operations.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience using power tools and air tools in a shop environment.
  • Ability to understand and communicate in intermediate English (spoken and written).
  • Experience operating a forklift is a strong asset.
  • Familiarity with overhead crane operation is an advantage.
  • Previous leadership or team coordination experience is preferred.
  • Strong awareness of shop safety procedures and best practices.
  • Ability to take initiative and support efficient shop workflow.
