A consulting firm in Quebec is seeking an Application Support SME specializing in Site Reliability Engineering. This role focuses on ensuring system stability, performance, and compliance in financial reporting applications. Candidates should have a basic understanding of investment banking systems and be adaptable to work on a rotational schedule, including holidays and weekends. Compensatory time off will be provided for weekend and holiday work.

We are seeking an Application Support SME (Subject Matter Expert) in Site Reliability Engineering, and regulatory financial systems.
This role is critical for ensuring the stability, performance, and compliance of applications supporting FED reporting, our Company’s Balance Sheet reporting, and Firm Capital Reporting.
The role requires a basic understanding of investment banking systems, automation, observability, and regulatory reporting tools, with the ability to lead critical projects and self learning.
The Application Support role requires flexibility to work on a rotational schedule that includes holidays, weekends, and second shifts. Candidates must be prepared to provide critical support during these periods to ensure system stability and timely issue resolution. In recognition of this commitment, compensatory time off will be provided for any weekend or holiday work performed.
