A leading wellness retailer in Toronto seeks a Seasonal Associate to achieve store sales and operational goals. The position involves driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting in store operations. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a sales environment and a passion for customer engagement. The Seasonal Associate works to achieve store sales and operational goals. They will support creating an authentic people experience both front and/or back of house.
Seasonal, Part-Time non-exempt associates are expected to work up to 20 hours per week, based on the needs of the business, for a shift minimum of 4 hours. All employees without exception are expected to be able to work during the company's Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving (including Black Friday and Thanksgiving weekend) through the end of the holiday season (January 14th).
