Employment Type: Full time, term or contract, 35-48 hours per week. Break times: early morning, morning, evening, weekend. Starts as soon as possible.

Salary: $17.00 to $19.00 hourly (to be negotiated)

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff (apprentices, stage hands, design team, etc.) – 5-10 people.
• Hire, train or arrange training for staff.
• Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash.
• Order merchandise, authorize returns, manage inventory.
• Establish work schedules.
• Sell merchandise and resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
• Supervise office and volunteer staff.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in retail management or supervisory role.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Outlook.
• Work setting: Rural area.
