Pay: $20.00 per hour

Hours: 30–40 hours per week. Full-time, permanent employment. Shift: Early morning, morning, day, evening, night, weekend, on call. Overtime available.

Overview

Food service supervisor responsible for managing daily operations at fast food outlet or concession. Supervise 5–10 staff, ensure quality control standards, manage schedules, inventory, and customer service.

Responsibilities
    Schedule & Staff Management
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Establish work schedules
  • Supervise staff in job duties, sanitation, safety procedures
  • Check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
    Operations & Quality
  • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
    Ingredients & Cost Management
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
    Customer Interaction
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
Qualifications
    Experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years in food service supervisory position
