- Pick and pack orders while staying active throughout the shift.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail with every order.
- Adhere to order instructions, including item location and quantity.
- Follow company policies and safety procedures.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
- Properly prepare and package items for shipment.
- Valid Driver's License (preferred)
- Criminal Background Check clearance
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse order picking.
- Experience using RF scanners is a must.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Basic English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to lift items ranging from 20 to 50 lbs, based on the order.
- Comfortable using 5-step ladders.
This is a distribution center setting where you'll be utilizing RF scanners to process orders.
