We are currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators to operate Order Picker/Crown reach machines at a brand-new, high-volume logistics facility in Ajax. This opportunity is with a growing logistics and transportation company focused on building a top-tier team.

Ideal candidates must have a valid forklift license and must be comfortable working at heights.

Location: Near Ajax GO Station

Pay & Shifts

Pay Rate: $22.5/hour

Shifts Available
  • Monday to Thursday: 5:00AM-3:30PM EST
  • Friday to Monday: 5:00AM-3:30PM EST
  • Monday to Thursday: 3:30PM-2:00AM EST
  • Thursday to Sunday: 3:30PM-2:00AM EST

Responsibilities
  • Safely operate an Order Picker Forklift in narrow and wide aisle configurations.
  • Pick and scan orders accurately.
  • Handle items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Follow wire-guided systems (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Perform daily equipment checks and follow all safety protocols.
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas.
  • Support team with general warehouse tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 months of experience operating an Order Picker forklift (mandatory).
  • Experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment.
  • Valid external forklift license.
  • Fall Arrest Certification – required.
  • Experience with wire guidance systems is preferred.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Professional references are required.
  • Strong attention to safety and detail.
