Job summary
A leading audiovisual services provider is seeking a Technical Specialist in Calgary, Alberta, responsible for the setup and operation of audiovisual systems for live events. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in event technology and a strong background in customer service. This role involves mentoring team members and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Additional requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Candidates should be prepared for irregular hours and a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of event technology experience required.
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
