Job description

We are seeking a passionate and resourcefulCreative Video Producer to join our Communications and Fundraising Team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our corporate communicationsandexternal outreach programmes byproducing videos end to end, supporting training and development, as well as stakeholder engagement. You will take ownership of the full video production lifecycle from conceptualisation and creative direction to execution and delivery ensuring that all content produced is impactful, engaging, and aligned with SLECs mission and communications strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Creative Ideation: Develop innovative concepts and ideas for storytelling, messaging and training through videos.
  • End-to-End Video Production: Handle the whole process from developing narratives, storyboarding, scripting, filming, video editing to the final product.
  • External Communications: Create video content showcasing milestones, major initiatives, significant activities in SLEC’s centres and nursing homes, testimonials for various platforms (e.g. social media, website, engagements with partners and donors etc) to raise awareness and appreciation of the organisation’s work.
  • Training & Development: Produce instructional videos that convert existing training curriculum to e-learning, as part of blended learning approach. The videos need to be both educational and engaging to support training and development of SLEC staff and the sector. SLEC runs a CommCare Academy which aims to be a thought leader in eldercare training and education, and a premium training provider in the community care sector.
  • Internal Communications: Produce video content to engage staff, foster a sense of community. These could include CEO’s messages, staff’s transformation stories, organisational developments etc.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline, with preferably 1-2 years of experience in videography, photography, and visual design
  • Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messaging through video and visual content
  • Proficient in video editing and production tools e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro (portfolio required)
  • Skilled in design software e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive team player, with excellent collaboration and communication skills
