Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking applicants for temp to hire positions in manufacturing in Burlington, Canada. The role involves using hand and power tools, and may require lifting up to 50lbs. Ideal candidates will have experience with tools and the capacity to work Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. This opportunity is part of a great company culture with potential for performance-based raises. Applications are welcome even with no immediate openings.
Qualifications

- Experience in manufacturing or similar environments is a plus.
- Must be available for Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM shifts.
Responsibilities
- Use power and hand tools at various workstations.
- Cut panels from plywood and package finished products.
- Lift heavy items as required during production.

Join a great company culture and work for an established manufacturer of overhead aluminum roll-up and metal doors – made specifically for the truck and trailer industry. This is a temp to hire position and an excellent opportunity to grow and cross train with the company!
SHIFT SCHEDULE: Must be available to work Monday to Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm
PAY RATE: $20.25/hour – performance based raises available
You will be using a variety of different power/hand tools (drills, rivet guns etc.) and machines at various stations. Duties could include cutting panels from plywood, using tools to place hinges, packaging and lifting up to 50lbs could be involved at times.
