Job summary
A First Nation organization in Ontario is seeking a Social Development Manager to lead and manage Social Development programs. The role involves financial management, staff support, and direct engagement with families, requiring at least 4 years of experience in social work. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and relevant certifications. The position offers a full-time role with responsibilities that may include travel and weekend work. Competitive hourly wages are provided.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years experience in Social Work or related field.
- First Aid Certification is required.
- Current Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector check.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for Social Development programs.
- Complete and submit monthly reports.
- Manage employee performance and development.
